IntroductionThis policy explains how Solnova Labs Pty Ltd collects, uses, and protects information across all our platforms, including Everplot, Dopaflux, Grad GPS, BrokkrMate, and Chooksy.
Information We Collect

• Account Information: For registered services like Everplot and Grad GPS, we collect names, email addresses, and account preferences.
• Usage Data: We collect data on app interactions and technical performance to improve our AI systems.
• Offline-First Protection: Applications such as Dopaflux are "Offline-First". All user preferences and interactions for these apps are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to our servers.

Data RightsYou may request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at hello@solnovalabs.com. We process verified requests within 30 days.

​2. Unified End User Licence Agreement (EULA)Licence Grant

Solnova Labs Pty Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use our Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All software architecture, AI models, prompts, and system-generated story content are the exclusive property of Solnova Labs Pty Ltd.
• Restrictions: You must not reverse engineer our code, scrape system-generated content, or use our Apps to train competing AI technologies.

System-Generated ContentOur Apps, including Everplot, operate using system-generated pathways. Users interact with predefined choices and do not create original creative content. All story outcomes remain the property of Solnova Labs Pty Ltd.

3. Specific App Disclosures

• Everplot: Requires a user account (email) to save story progress and preferences.
• Dopaflux: Operates entirely offline; no account is required, and no data leaves your device.

3. Unified Terms of Use

Effective Date: 01 May 2026 Entity: Solnova Labs Pty Ltd | ACN: 692 906 479 Scope: These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites and applications provided by Solnova Labs Pty Ltd (collectively, "the Services").
1. Acceptance of TermsBy accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Unified Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the Services.
2. Eligibility and Accounts

• Age Requirement: To use Everplot or any AI-driven storytelling service, you must be at least 17 years of age. For other Services, you must meet the age specified in the relevant App Store listing.
• Account Responsibility: For account-based Services (e.g., Everplot, Grad GPS), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Intellectual Property RightsAll Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to AI models, system-generated story pathways, software architecture, characters, and graphics) are owned by Solnova Labs Pty Ltd and are protected by Australian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
4. Prohibited UsesYou agree not to use the Services:

• In any way that violates applicable Australian or international law.
• To reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or proprietary AI prompts of any application.
• To scrape or compile system-generated content for commercial use or to train third-party AI models.
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Services.

5. System-Generated ContentOur Apps operate using predefined, system-generated choices and pathways. Users do not create original creative content within the Services. Your interactions are limited to selecting from available options, and all generated outcomes remain the property of Solnova Labs Pty Ltd.
6. Subscriptions and Payments

• Billing: In-app purchases and subscriptions are handled via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Cancellations: You may cancel subscriptions via your device’s store settings.
• Refunds: Refund requests must be directed to the relevant app store provider. For web-based transactions via Stripe, contact hello@solnovalabs.com within 14 days of purchase.

7. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, Solnova Labs Pty Ltd and its directors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or emotional dissatisfaction) arising from your use of the Services. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
8. Australian Consumer LawNothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantees or rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot be legally excluded.
9. Changes to TermsWe may revise and update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
10. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Queensland.
